2017 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN

Austin Sutter to Lead Rio Rancho NM Camp

Northwestern Hockey Camp Canada is excited to announce Austin Sutter a Coach with the Amarillo Bulls of the NAHL will be lending his talents and experience to lead the Rio Rancho Camp June 19-23 at the McDermott Athletic Center.

Austin has an extensive playing background starring in the BCHL before moving on to NCAA Division 1 Minnesota State University. After college Austin moved on to have a very successful Professional career in the CHL that saw him honored as the 2009 CHL Man of the Year. The award is presented annually to the Central Hockey League player adjudged to have best exemplified strong leadership qualities on and off the ice, while making significant and noteworthy humanitarian contributions to his community."

Austin won a National Championship in 2013 as a member of the Amarillo Bulls Coaching Staff. Austin also serves as the Executive Director of the Amarillo Bulls Youth Hockey Association.

We are pleased to announce that in August 2015, Harry Mahood has accepted an opportunity to work with Titan Sports Management. Harry will serve as a NHL Player Representative working closely with Titan's founders, Kevin Epp and Jarrett Bousquet.

NORTHWESTERN HOCKEY CAMP - RENEWS FLAGSTAFF CAMP IN 2017

Northwestern Hockey Camp Canada is excited to renew Flagstaff Youth Hockey Association as a new programming partner for 2017. We will be offering our High Performance Camp July 26-30 at the Jay Lively Ice Arena in Flagstaff, AZ. The Program will be directed by NHCC founder Harry Mahood and VP of USA Operations Nick Karastamatis in partnership with the FYHA.

Faragher and Shortreed USHL Camp

(Chicago, IL)  Kendyn Faragher and Sullivan Shortreed took big steps in their hockey development by attending the Bloomington Thunder USHL Futures Camp in Chicago, Il June 5-6-7. The players had an opportunity to train and compete with over 100 birthyear peers from throughout Canada and The United States. Attending the Futures Camp is the first point of contact  step for players aspiring to play Junior hockey and NCAA hockey in the future. Congratulations to both players who represented themselves and their home community with class and a high level of hockey performance.
